I would suggest not focusing specifically on how often to post but more of how often can you keep consistent. Posting once a week is not a bad thing if you can continue to post once a week. Nothing looks more confusing to potential clients then seeing an account who post 7 days in a row and then goes 5 weeks without posting anything!
