Hello all. I am in North Carolina and recently started my own business as a Notary Signing Agent. I am still in the processing of getting the business established and need help with creating a marketing plan as well as obtaining business funding (start-ups do not qualify for much I am finding out the hard way). I have been relying on savings and credit cards but realize that is not sustainable. Open to actionable advice on steps to take :).

Business loans are one way, I just attended a free business webinar where they mentioned one of the best ways is to get a business loan, they have lower interest rates than credit cards but have a business plan on how you are going to use the money, it helps a lot for the bank to see how you plan to spend the money and also helps you keep tracking and accomplishing your goals as you progress.
